DURING FLIGHT LANDING GEAR FAIL TO RETRACT. UP SIDE OF DYNAMIC RELAY POINTS FAIL TO RELEASE. PROBABLE CAUSE IS HEAT AND NUMBER OF GEAR RECYCLED. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PREVENTIVE RECURRENCE DEVELOP BETTER RELAY.
