BURNING ODOR COMING FROM OVERHEAD BIN VENT 1-3A. PERFORMED ABNORMAL SMELL IN CABIN INSPECTION IAW FIM 21-22-00-810-806. SIDEWALL LIGHTS OVER SEATS 2 AND 3 ARE OUT AND WITH RECERT FAN OFF SMELL DECREASED SIGNIFICANTLY. REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH BALLAST OVER SEATS 2/3 IAW AMM 25-23-01-000/400-801. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO BURNING SMELL OR DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
