FLAP FAIL IN FLIGHT QRH C/W SPEED TAPE STAYED AT 230 KTS WITH FLAPS INDICATING AT 0. REMOVED AND REPLACED RH AOA VANE IAW AMM 27-35-05-000/400-801-A01. OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 27-35-05-710-801-A01. PERFORMED MDC TEST OF SFECUS, BOTH PASSED.
