ON TAKE OFF NOSE WHEEL FAILED TO RETRACT. RED NOSE WHEEL LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AND NLG IND SHOWED IT WAS STILL IN THE DOWN AND LOCKED POSITION. LUBRICATED NOSE GEAR AND ADJUSTED GROUND SENSING CONTROL MECHANISM.
