(AIRCRAFT NOT GROUNDED) (EMERGENCY DECLARED) LDG GEAR AND DOORS NOT CLOSED ON TAKEOFF. PREFORMED GVI OF NLG IAW AMM 32-21-00-200-002A. FOUND SAFTEY LOCK STILL INSTALLED IN NLG LOCK STAY. REMOVED SAFTY LOCK FROM NLG LOCK STAY IAW AMM 32-00-00-081-002A. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. ACFT GOOD.
