FOLLOWING REPAIR FROM LANDING ACCIDENT, ON FIRST FLIGHT AFTER REPAIRS, PILOT REPORTED AIRSPEED APPEARED TO INDIDCATE 30 KNOTS LOW. POST FLIGHT MAINTENANCE REVELED A CHAFE HOLE IN PITOT LINE IN LT WING AT A NOSE RIB.
