AT GATE F/A REPORTS RT SERVICE DOOR WILL NOT DISARM AND RED LOWER INDICATOR WILL NOT SHOW ARMED. DISARMED LEVER APPEARS STUCK IAW AMM 52-41-40. SECURED THE GIRT BAR INTO PLACE AND OPS CHECKED OK.
