PILOT REPORTED LANDING GEAR LGCIU NR 1 FAULT AFTER TAKEOFF. CREW RETURNED TO DEPARTURE FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING, FOUND LANDING GEAR SELECTOR VALVE ASSEMBLY LEAKING HYDRAULIC FLUID. R & R LANDING GEAR SELECTOR VALVE IAW AMM 32-31-12.
