DURING HEAVY MAINTENANCE: CORROSION ON SHEAR CLIPS (2EA) OVER FR 16 BTW STGR 27-28LH AND STGR 27-28 RH WAS FOUND; REF TOMX NRC 00141 WO 2258 SHEAR CLIPS (2EA) OVER FR 16 BTW STGR 27-28LH AND STGR 27-28 RH WERE REPLACED PER EMB 190 SRM 51-41-02 AND SRM 51-41-01.
