1. EASA STC 10077577 Validation for the Installation of Beringer Wheels, axles, brake and master-cylinders in accordance with Beringer Aero Master Data List MDL-STC-022 - FAA, Revision 00, dated March 3, 2022, or later EASA approved revisions.
2. Maintenance in accordance with Beringer Aero Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-STC-022, Revision 02, dated March 3, 2022, or later EASA accepted revisions.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with the "Airworthiness Limitations" section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced under the description of type design change section of this STC.
4. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Textron Aviation Inc Model Series listed on page 1 of this STC.
Certification Basis: Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115, 21.101 & the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for parts affected by the change is per 14 CFR Part 23 for the following Regulations at the Amendments listed on the applicable TCDS of the Original Product:
