3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), L-3 Communications Mission Integration Division Document No. G10208.28.48 Revision 1, dated 15 Feb 2012, or later FAA accepted revision, must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

6. The FAA has not certified the equipment for which these provisions are intended. You must get additional FAA approval to install this equipment.

7. The FAA must evaluate the installation to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.
