Description of the Type Design Change: Remove the MA-4-5 carburetor from the engine and replace it with an Ellison Fluid Systems, Inc. Model EFS-4-5 carburetor (“Throttle Body Injector”), Part Number 10-510, Rev. H, or later FAA approved revision. Install the EFS-4-5 in accordance with Ellison Fuel Systems, Inc. drawing 80-100, Rev. F, or later FAA approved revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: This approval is limited to airplanes with Teledyne Continental Motors Model 0- 470-R engines in accordance with STC SE00085SE.
