3. Maintenance to be performed in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness document as listed in AML SA00562NY.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make and Model.

4. Norland Aircraft Services Flight Manual Supplement CF-NAS-001, dated January 24, 2011, or later Transport Canada approved revision is required with this installation.

5. Climb performance under specific conditions has not been provided. The climb performance in the Cessna Aircraft Flight Manual is no longer valid. The changes to the aircraft resulting from the modifications approved by this STC, do not change the aircraft operation, performance, or limitation, except as shown in the Limitation section of this Certificate.

6. Applicable to configuration with McCauley D2A37C230 propeller installed (placard required) "CONTINUOUS OPERATION BELOW 2300 RPM ABOVE 25 IN Hg MANIFOLD PRESSURE IS PROHIBITED" ----------END----------
