Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a Continental O-470-S engine in accordance with Brooks Aviation Installation Instructions, Revision #1, dated December 15, 1997, or later FAA approved revision, and photographs contained in Brooks Aviation Report BA-1, Revision #01, dated December 20, 1997. Brooks Aviation Supplemental FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual dated February 27, 1998, or later FAA approved revision, is required with this installation.
Limitations and Conditions: Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Cessna 180 model, serial number 30815. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
