1. The installation, removal, and maintenance of Acorn Welding’s Heat Exchanger/Muffler (P/N: C1851D, C1851D-1, or C1851D-3) are done in accordance with Ultimate Aerostructures Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (UA032-ICA, Revision IR, dated January 10, 2013, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. Mandatory inspections are to be in accordance with Section 2, TCCA approved Ultimate Aerostructures Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (UA032-ICA, Revision IR, dated January 10, 2013, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, t he holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
