The TFM-403 is manufactured to TIL Engineering Release 941059, Revision A, dated October 27, 1999. The TFM-500 is manufactured to TIL Engineering Release 971083, Revision N/C, dated March 16, 1999.

The TFM-30 is manufactured to TIL Engineering Release 961082, Revision N/C, dated April 19, 1999. The Remote Control RC-500 model is manufactured to TIL Engineering Release 991097, Revision N/C, dated November 17, 1999. The TDFM-136 is manufactured to TIL Engineering Release 981087, Revision N/C, dated January 13, 2000. The TFM-550 is manufactured to TIL Engineering Release 991095, Revision N/C, dated March 1, 2000.

3. Maintenance of the TDFM-600/ 6000 series VHF/UHF Lo w/UHF High/800 MHz Multi-Band Transceiver and RC-6000 Remote Control Head must be in accordance with Technisonic Industries Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness MMS02030- 1, Rev. B, Transport Canada Accepted December 12, 2003.

4. Maintenance of the TFM-530 and TFM-566 VHF/VHF Low FM Tr ansceiver must be in accordance with Technosonic Industries Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness MMS03055-1, Revision N/C, dated October 7, 2003.

5. Pressure vessel penetrations are not included in this approval. Any required pre ssure vessel penetrations require a separate approval.

6. Maintenance of the AMS-6000 Audio Mode Selector must be in accordance with Technisonic Industries Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness MMS02030-1 Rev. C, dated August 30, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

7. Maintenance of the TFM-66 VHF Low Band FM Transceive r and TFM-556 VHF High/HF Low/UHF Multi-band FM Airborne Transceiver must be in accordance with Technisonic Industries Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness MMS03099-1 Rev. A, dated August 30, 2005.

8. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model Li st (AML) No. SA00812NY, issued March 23, 1998, or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
