Installation of Wipaire Model 3000 Amphibian/Seaplane floats in accordance with Wipaire, Inc. Installation Drawing as listed on AML SA01320CH, or later FAA Approved revisions.

Optional installation of Hartzell Propeller Model PHC-G3YF-1RF/F8468A-2R or -6R.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. The appropriate FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, dated September 5, 2000, or a later FAA approved revision is required with this installation.

3. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA01320CH, amended June 28, 2001, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

SA649NW may be operated at gross weights up to 3190 lbs., subject to the limitations specified in the appropriate FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, dated April 7, 2009, or a later FAA approved revision

6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
