Description of the Type Design Change: Fabrication and installation of composite engine cowling in accordance with Selkirk Aviation Inc. Approved Model List SA01644SE, dated April 17, 2009, or later FAA- approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model airplane only.

This approval should not be extended to other airplanes of this model on which other previously-approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously-approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

This modification must be maintained in accordance with the appropriate aircraft maintenance manual. A copy of this certificate SA01644SE, AML SA01644SE, and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated April 17, 2009, (If required) shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified airplane.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
