1. Butler National Corporation Master Data List, No. 04601000, Rev. IR, dated 11/21/18; and
2. Avcon Industries Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, No. 04607100, Rev. IR, dated 10/24/18, or later FAA Approved revisions to 1 or 2.
1. Prior to, or concurrent, installation of fuselage underside rail mounting provisions.
2. Prior to, or concurrent, installation of an external fuselage underside radar pod in accordance with STC SA2300CE.
3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
