Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Dynamic Propeller Cowl Flap Support Kit in accordance with Dynamic Propeller Drawing List as specified on AML SA02026SE. This modification must be maintained in accordance with the Dynamic Propeller Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) listed on AML SA02026SE.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above aircraft models listed in AML SA02026SE only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and any other previously incorporated approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.
A copy of this certificate, AML SA02026SE, and the ICA, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
