Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of BLR Aerospace Ultimate Performance Package (UPP), in accordance with Master Drawing List BLR-KA250-005, Revision F, dated June 26, 2012, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision. This installation requires the adjustment of the Stall Warning System per BLR Aerospace Installation Instructions BLR-KA250-004, Revision H, dated October 7, 2014, or later FAA-approved revision.

UPP requires the installation of the following supplemental type certificates (STC) , except as noted below:

Approval of this change in type design applies to the above listed aircraft models only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

STC Compatibility:

The use of the STC SA01615SE BLR Aerospace Winglet Installation, with the Gurney Flap limits the aircraft performance to the original airplane flight manual.

Eligible Serial Numbers:

Eligible serial numbers are listed in FAA-approved Master Drawing List BLR-KA250-005, Revision F, dated June 26, 2012, or later FAA-approved revision.

Instructions for Continued Airworthiness:

Airplanes modified in accordance with this STC must be maintained in accordance with th e applicable Instructions for Continued Airworthiness document specified below:

BLR-KA250-950 Revision B, dated September 18, 2014, or later FAA-accepted revision for Models B200GT, and B200CGT.

Airframe inspection limitations listed in STC SA01615SE for the BLR Aerospace Winglet Installation have been updated to support any effects of this STC.

Flight Operations:

Airplanes modified in accordance with this STC must be operated in accordance with the applicable Airplane Flight Manual Supplement specified below:

AFMS-B250-1, Revision 3, dated July 24, 2013, or later FAA-approved revision, for Model B200GT and B200CGT (for aftermarket installations).

- Or -

AFMS-B250-2, Revision 1, dated July 24, 2013, or later FAA-approved revision, for Model B200GT and B200CGT.

The use of the High Flotation Landing Gear and this STC must be operated in accordance with the applicable Airplane Flight Manual Supplement specified below:

Airplanes with Rockwell Collins AFD-3010 Primary Flight Display part numbers 822-1084-351, 822-1084-353, 822-1084-354, and 822-1084-358 are not compatible with STC SA02130SE and must be operated in accordance with the applicable Airplane Flight Manual Supplement specified below:

AFMS-B250-7, Revision IR, dated July 24, 2020, or later FAA-approved revision, for Model B200GT and B200CGT.
