Description of Type Design Change: Fabrication and installation of Airglas, Inc., Model LH4000 hydraulically retractable wheel skis in accordance with Airglas, Inc., Drawing No. LH3600-1, Original Issue, dated January 25, 2005, or later FAA approved revision and Installation, Maintenance, Service Instructions & Illustrated Parts List, Airglas, Inc., Manual Number LH4000-105, dated January 25, 2005, or later FAA approved revision.

1. Tire size must be 8.50-6, Type III only.
2. The compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
4. For Instruction for Continued Airworthiness, refer to Airglas Inc., Manual Number LH4000-106, initial release, dated January 25, 2005, or later FAA approved revision.
5. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement for Cessna 180 - 185 Series airplanes, dated June 8, 2005, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this installation.
