1. Installer must determine compatibility of this design change with previsouly apprved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. Replacement of lower rudder bearing position is prohitbited.
4. Installation in upper two rudder bearing positions and all elevator bearing positions only are approved.
5. Maintan installation in accordance with Installation Instructions and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness PPA-1401, Revision Original Issue, dated September 4, 2004, or later FAA approved revision.
