1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. The aircraft is to be operated in accordance with the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) as referenced in the Master Document List, Report ES1027-4, Revision E, dated 1/6/16.

3. Aircraft Specification limits are the same as listed on the Type Certification Data Sheet except as modified in accordance with the Approved AFMS.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
