Installation of a Universal Avionics EFI-890R Electronic Flight Instrument System in accordance with Envoy Aerospace, LLC Master Data List 12-3420L001, Revision L, dated March 10, 2014, or later FAA approved revision.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement, Kansas City Aviation Center Doc. No. 12-3420B001, Revision F, approved March 13, 2014, or later FAA approved revision is required on board the modified aircraft for STC configuration -01.

3. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement, Kansas City Aviation Center Document 12-3420B002, Revision D, approved March 13, 2014, or later FAA approved revision is required on board the modified aircraft for STC configuration -02.

4. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement, Kansas City Aviation Center Document 12-3420B004, Revision IR, approved March 13, 2014, or later FAA approved revision is required on board the modified aircraft when the Garmin GTN 650 option is installed.

5. The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with the Airworthiness Limitations contained in Kansas City Aviation Center Document 12-3420B003, Chapter 10, Revision E, FAA approved April 07, 2008 or later FAA approved revision, in addition to the basic aircraft maintenance manuals.

6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
