Fabrication and installation of F. Atlee Dodge Aircraft Services, LLC P/N 6103-01 (left) and/or 6103-02 (right) rear jump seat in accordance with F. Atlee Dodge Aircraft Services, LLC master data list MDL-1009, revision IR dated July 22, 2009, or later FAA approved revision.

1. This modification should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the owner/operator written evidence of that permission.

3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), F. Atlee Dodge Aircraft Services LLC document no. ICA-1009, revision IR, dated July 20, 2009 or later FAA accepted revision must be made available to the owner/operator at the time of installation.

4. This modification does not alter the rear seat belt restraint system. It is the installer's responsibility to ensure an appropriately approved seat belt is used in conjunction with this modification.
