1) Approval of this design change is limited to Cessna model 180 aircraft serial numbers 604, 614, and 30000 through 32661.
2) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously (See continuation Sheet 3)

3) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of such permission.
4) The existing product’s maintenance manual and associated service documents have been assessed and determined to be sufficient as Instructions for Continued Airworthiness when the product has been altered by this installation.
