Installation of F. Atlee Dodge Aircraft Services, LLC, Pilot’s Safety Barrier Net in accordance with F. Atlee Dodge Aircraft Services, LLC, Barrier Net Installation Drawing No. 3234, Rev IR, dated June 19, 2015, or later FAA approved revision.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. For Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), refer to F. Atlee Dodge Aircraft Services, LLC, Document No. ICA-3234, Rev A, dated August 5, 2015, or later FAA accepted revision.

4. FAA approved Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement or Supplemental Flight Manual Document No. AFMS-3234, Rev IR, dated August 10, 2015, is a required part of this installation.
