Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of wing tips with integrated Light Emitting Diode (LED) landing and taxi lighting in accordance with Stene Aviation Master Drawing List (MDL) as listed on the AML.

Maintained in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Document SA1400_IFCA, Revision B, dated August 29, 2016, or later FAA-accepted revision. Operated in accordance with the aircraft flight manual supplement (AFMS) as listed on the AML.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the aircraft listed on AML SA02513SE only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate, AML SA02513SE, the ICA, and the applicable MDL and AFMS, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
