2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) Maintain the Elevator Trim Wheel in accordance with McFarlane Aviation, LLC Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Manual No. 004, Rev Level A, dated November 1, 2019, or later FAA accepted revision.
