Installation of North American Surveillance Systems Strut Mount and Optional Cloud Cap Technologies TASE / TASE Dou Gimbals according to North American Surveillance Systems Installation Instructions listed in AML No. SA02725CH. This approval is valid for operations both with and without the TASE / TASE Dou Gimbals installed.
1) This modification has not been evaluated to verify its proper operation or its intended function.
2) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3) A copy of this certificate or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
