This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

The provisions of the Supplemental Type Certificate are applicable only to those aircraft which are listed on the attached FAA Approved Model List.

The equipment for which these provisions are intended has not been certified. Additional FAA approval is required for the installation of this equipment and must be evaluated to assure satisfactory compliance with the applicable airworthiness standards.

The equipment for which these provisions are intended are subjected to the limitations in the FAA approved Installation Instructions listed in Approved Model List SA0273LA.

Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, which are found within Airfilm Camera Systems Report No.

AFWM-1-008, Revision A, dated April 09, 2020, or later FAA accepted revision, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA02734LA, dated September 30, 2020, or later FAA Approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
