Installation of a Single Point Ground Fueling System in accordance with Installation Manual #16401, Revision IR, dated May 27, 2009, or later FAA Approved revision.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manua l Supplement for Aircraft Modified In Accordance With STC SA02786CH, Revision IR, dated June 19, 2009 or later FAA Approved revision is required.

3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Turbines C onversions, LTD Maintenance Ma nual #16404, Revision IR, dated June 18, 2009, or later FAA Accepted revision is required.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another pers on to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approva l, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
