1. STC SA00367SE must be installed as a prerequisite for this modification.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. Installation of Special Use Interior Configuration # 3 on a Textron Aviation Inc. B300/B300C Series Aircraft is in accordance with Sierra Nevada Corporation Drawing List Document No. 01610103, Revision H, dated February 20, 2018, or later FAA-approved revisions.

5. Installation of a Fusion Cockpit Modification on a Textron Aviation Inc. B300/B300C Series Aircraft is in accordance with Sierra Nevada Corporation Drawing List Document No. 01610031, Revision B, dated July 20, 2018, or later FAA-approved revisions.

3. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. 01610017 Rev. D, FAA-approved October 1, 2018 is required for this modification.

4. Sierra Nevada Corporation Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Document No. 01610008 Rev. E dated September 10, 2018, or later FAA-accepted revision is required for this modification.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc model B300/B300C aircraft is as follow:

(a) The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc model B300/B300C airplane is shown on TCDS A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
