Installation of the reversible, 3-bladed MT-Propeller model MTV-9-D-C-R(M)/CR210-58 hydraulic constant speed propeller, and associated components, in accordance with H. O. Aircraft, Inc. Master Drawing List MDL-CRP-001, Revision IR, dated 6/13/15, or later FAA approved revision and Installation Manual Document No. RP-IM-Cessna, Revision IR, dated 3/6/15, or later FAA approved revision.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previous modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. The aircraft must be equipped with a Teledyne Continental ( )-520 or ( )-550 engine.
3. Full compliance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) RP-ICA-Cessna, Revision IR, dated 3/6/15, and FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), as listed in AML, or later FAA approved revision are required.
4. Aircraft Specification limits are the same as listed on the Type Certification Data Sheet except as modified in accordance with the Approved AFMS.
5. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA03451CH, issued August 26, 2015, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
