1. Installation of the LED Master Caution Panel must be in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Rocky Mountain Aircraft (RMA) Modification Instruction E108510, Revision C, dated August 11, 2017, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Maintenance of the LED Master Caution Panel must be in accordance with TCCA accepted RMA Maintenance Manual Supplement E108531, Revision B, dated August 9, 2017, or later TCCA accepted revision.

3. Operation of the LED Master Caution Panel must be in accordance with TCCA approved RMA Flight Manual Supplement E108530, Revision "-", dated August 15, 2017, or later TCCA approved revision.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

Certification Basis:
