3. Install Part 2 - Harbour Air Ltd. Water Rudder Retraction Modification in accordance with Harbour Air Ltd. Installation Instructions HA12192-1NS, Rev. B, TCCA approved February 3, 2017, or later TCCA approved revision.

4. Maintenance of Part 1 - Harbour Air Ltd. Water Rudder Blade, Pulleys and Fairlead Assemblies to be carried out in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness HA12191-ICA, Rev. NI, accepted June 13, 2016, or later TCCA accepted revision.

5. Maintenance of Part 2 - Harbour Air Ltd. Water Rudder Retraction Modification to be carried out in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness HA12192-ICA Rev. NI, accepted June 13, 2016, or later TCCA accepted revision.

6. Operation of Part 1 - Harbour Air Ltd. Water Rudder Blade, Pulleys and Fairlead Assemblies to be in accordance with Flight Manual Supplement HA12191-FMS, Rev. NI, TCCA approved June 14, 2016, or later TCCA approved revision.

7. Operation of Part 2 - Harbour Air Ltd. Water Rudder Retraction Modification to be in accordance with Flight Manual Supplement HA12192-FMS Rev. NI, TCCA approved June 14, 2016.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make and Model.

4. Part 1 - Harbour Air Ltd. Water Rudder Blade, Pulleys and Fairlead Assemblies may only be installed on DHC-3 aircraft equipped with original EDO 55-7170 model floats or any float modified to the 8100-200 configuration under STC SQ01825NY.

5. Part 2 - Harbour Air Ltd. Water Rudder Retraction Modification may be installed on any DHC-3 aircraft equipped with any model EDO floats.
