Original Product -Type Certificate Number: 5A6 Make: Cessna Modet.: 180, 180A, B, C, D, and E (Seaplanes) Description of Type Design Change: Installation of EDO Model 249A2870 Seaplane Floats in accordance with EDO Drawings: 36685, Revision C; 37565, Revision K; 38900, Revision E; 38901, Revision B; and 40640, Revision IR, or latest FAA approved revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: 1. Items 102, 103, 406 and 601 of the equipment section of the Aircraft Specification 5A6, Revision 34, and those modifications required by Cessna Drawing 0742113 must be incorporated prior to or concurrent with this installation, except as superseded by this STC.
2. Edo Supplement, FAA approved September 12, 1961, or latest FAA approved revision, pertinent to Cessna Models 180, 180A and 180B Seaplane Flight Manual required with this installation.
