Installation of Collins FPA-80, Flight Profile Advisory System, in accordance with Innotech Aviation Limited Modification List No.
3440-15 issue D dated July 6, 1982.
1. Innotech Aviation Limited Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. 4 for British Aerospace Inc. Model HS.125-700A with Collins FPA-80 Flight Profile Advisory System FAA approved August 25, 1982, is required with the above modification.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other pers on written evidence of that permission.
