ON-1025 Rev. B dated July 21, 1992.

2. O&N Aircraft Modifications Airplane Flight Manual Supplements No. 19, 20, or 21 dated January 13, 1993 is required with this installation, as appropriate to the specific aircraft models.

1. This installation is not eligible for use with 38-gallon optional long range tanks unless the aircraft has been previously modified by installing a Lycoming 150 or 160 hp engine (Ref. CAR 3.561 usable Oil Tank Capacity).

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
