Description of Type Design Change: Installation of fuselage fuel tanks in the forward aft cargo compartments in accordance with FAA sealed Aircraft Tank Service Summary Drawing 5100, Revision H. Aircraft Tank Service, Inc., FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. 5100AFM to Boeing Document D6-8737-2S9A is required as part of this installation.
Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design a pplies basically to the above listed model only.
This approval should not be extended to other specific airplanes of this model on wh ich other previously approved modifications are incorporated until it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other prev iously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airw orthiness of the above aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that pe rmission.
