Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Hartzell PHC-(C or J) 3YF-1RF/F7693F (B)+2 propeller in accordance with RAM Master Drawing listed on AML SA10615SC-D, dated September 11, 2008, or later FAA approved revision. The required Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) for each eligible aircraft model is listed on the AML SA10615SC-D, dated September 11, 2008, or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: A copy of this certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) must be maintained as a part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. Instructions for continued airworthiness are as listed on the AML. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Aircraft certified with the optional propeller de-ice configuration are not approved for flight into known icing conditions.

Eligible aircraft models previously modified with non-standard engines in accordance with STC No. SA2782SW-D or SA2689SW-D are also eligible for this STC.

Eligible aircraft models with Cessna propeller de-ice system using a 20-second or 34-second de-ice timer must utilize the de-ice boot propeller configuration as denoted by a "B" in the propeller model number.

The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with RAM Document No. 2643, Revision IR dated March 03, 2006 or later FAA approved revision Eligible aircraft models without Cessna propeller de-ice system must utilize the non-de-ice boot propeller configuration as denoted by the absence of a "B" in the propeller model number.

The Hartzell propeller diameter limits are 79 to 80 inches.
