1. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), L-3 Communications Integrated Systems, Greenville Document No. G18132.28.08 Revision NC, dated 10 March 2011, or later FAA accepted revision must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. STC SA1904SO AND SA9206SC-D must be installed prior to installation of this STC.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, the certification basis for the Gulfstream G1159A aircraft is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for Gulfstream G1159A series airplanes is shown on TCDS A12EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, 31 March 2009, is as shown in TCDS A12EA with the exception that 25.1529 is at amendment 54. 14 CFR part 25.981 (a)(3) amendment 102 electrical/electronic aspects has been added as part of the certification basis for this modification.
