Description of the Type Design Change: Float door cover installation on EDO Model Numbers 249-2870, 249A-2870, and 628-2960 Floats in accordance with FAA Sealed Kenmore Air Harbor Drawing Number K -250A, for Cessna 180 Series aircraft.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies basically to the above aircraft listed on FAA Approved Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc. Master eligibility List Number SA2303WE, and should not be extended to other specific airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this Certificate and Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc. Master Eligibility List Number SA230 3W shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

PLACARDS required in each float door:

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
