Description of the Type Design Change : Installation of Precise Flight, Inc. 100 Series Speedbrake System in accordance with Precise Flight, Inc. Speedbrake Installation Drawing No. 210S006A, dated October 17, 1988, and Drawing List No. 210S008A, dated October 20, 1988, or later FAA approved revisions. Or Installation of Precise Flight, Inc. Speedbrake 2000 System in accordance with Precise Flight Drawing List 211S0001, Revision A, dated October 29, 1999, or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this Certificate, Continuation Sheet and appropriate FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. Depending on Speedbrake system configuration installed, the appropriate AFMS is either AFMS for Precise Flight 100 Speedbrake System, dated February 12, 1992, or AFMS for Precise Flight Speedbrake 2000 System, dated November 16, 1999, or later approved revisions.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
