Installation of Wipaire Skis Inc. Model C-3000 or C-3200 (Aircraft Skis) (FluiDyne) (Federal) Main (hydraulically actuated) and AWT 2500A or CT-3000 Tail Wheel skis according to the following Installation Drawings, or later FAA approved revisions.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement for Skiplane Operation, dated either December 13, 2001, or later FAA approved revision, is required with this installation.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
