Installation of Wipaire Skis Inc. Model CT-3000 (Aircraft Skis) (FluiDyne) (Federal) Tail Ski according to Drawing No. 11G1453, Rev. B, or later FAA approved revisions, on airplanes equipped with Scott Model 3200 or 3400 Tail Wheels.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA3-423, issued November 18, 2009, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
