Description of the Type Design Change:

Installation of a 2300-07-1, 2307-02-1, or 2307-03-1 Digital Fuel Quantity Gauge System in accordance with Smiths Industries Master Drawing No. 0015-ED Revision V dated July 7, 1995.

1. Aircraft which incorporate a 2-cell center tank are not approved under this STC.

2. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement to Boeing FAA approved AFM D6-8727 and D6-8728, Smiths Industries Document No. 0021-ED Revision F, dated September 13, 1995 is a required part of the installation.

3. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of these models that incorporate any other previously approved modification unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any other modification will introduce no adverse effect on the airworthiness of the aircraft. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent record of the modified aircraft.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
