This approval is limited to the installation in DeHavilland DHC-2 aircraft, Serial No. 869 only. A copy of this Certificate, Addendum No. SA3680NM and FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement dated January 28, 1987, shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
