Limitations and Conditions: This change in type design applies to the Fairchild F27 aircraft, serial numbers 011, 014, 027, 048, 065, 070, 078, 079, 112, 116, 119 and 128 only. A copy of this certificate and the FAA approved Horizon E.O. must be kept in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. A copy of the Bendix Operator's Manual must be carried onboard each modified aircraft.
